Is je tablet vol? Dan kunnen we hem nu gaan vertalen!

Om je tablet te vertalen en je 'prophecy' te krijgen moet je door de eerste 3 delen van de Lost Desert tekeningen gaan en op de symbolen klikken in de volgorde dat ze op je tablet staan. Om het makkelijker te maken hieronder een overzicht van alle symbolen en waar ze in de tekeningen te vinden zijn. C is voor de chapter, P is voor pagina en F staat voor Frame, oftewel het hoeveelste plaatje op de pagina hij te vinden is. Let op! Klik dus de symbolen in de volgorde dat ze op je tablet staan. Heb je 2 dezelfde symbolen na elkaar? Klik dan 2 keer op het symbool in de tekening.

Als je alles hebt gedaan (zorg ervoor dat je popup blocker uitstaat) ga je naar een pagina waarop je 'prophecy' staat en je avatar! De 'prophecy' gaat over de verdwijning van Sakhmet door Prins Jazan, de prophecy is voor iedereen anders. Deze 'prophecy' moet je invoeren bij de 'Statue of Nuria in the Temple of 1000 Tombs'.

Voorbeeld prophecy: Prince Jazan will steal away with the desert capital

De Prophecy

De volgende grote stap is het vinden van de 'Nuria Statue'. Sommige mensen hebben deze misschien al gevonden voordat de tablet vol was maar het moet allemaal in de juiste volgorde gebeuren.

Om de statue te vinden moet je de kleine 'vers' lezen die je ziet voordat je de tempel in gaat. Zie hieronder voor een voorbeeld.

Deze 2 regels vertellen je welke kleur en vorm de deur heeft naar de statue. Het verteld echter niet de symbool dus je moet misschien 12 deuren gaan uit proberen.

Hier de uitleg wat alles betekend:

Banks of the mighty river : groen
Blinding radiance of the sun : geel
Bright guardian of the night : zilver
Kingdom of the lightgiver : blauw
The waking dawn on the dunes : rood
Thunderous clouds obscuring the sky : zwart

A humble portal of stone : rechthoek
Mouth of the river : driehoek
The aspect of a star : 5-hoek
Window into the soul : ovaal

Dus stel; het zinnetje onder de tempel is:

Kingdom of the lightgiver
Mouth of the river

Dan moet je dus op zoek naar een blauwe, driehoekige deur. Welke van de 12 dat is, dat is niet bekend!

Na het vinden van de statue, moet je je prophecy invoeren. Let op: ook moet je letten op het symbool op je statue, dat is belangrijk om later de scroll repository uit te graven! Op de voet van de statue is ie te vinden. Na het spreken van je prophecy gebeurt dit:

Scroll Repository

Het volgende stuk is om je te helpen de "scroll repository" uit te graven. Om dat te doen moet je een scroll menemen in de lost desert tot je 2 boze wachters tegen komt.

Two hefty guards block you at the access gate to the Scroll Repository. "Only licensed contractors are allowed into the Repository site!" one of them bellows. "What's your business here?"

Maybe you should say something...

Je krijgt nu een lijst met dingen om te zeggen. Elk gezegde hangt samen met het symbool dat op het Nuria standbeeld stond. Echter voordat je ook maar iets zegt moet je weer naar de tempel om daar de scroll te lezen die samenhangt met jouw symbool. Dit is erg belangrijk.

Hier een overzicht van welke bibliotheek bij welk symbool hoort:

Stel mijn symbool was Fer (het pootje). Dan zou ik dus naar de bibliotheek met de slang moeten gaan en de scroll met het pootje lezen. Daarna kan ik pas naar de repository.

Nem: Have you thought about triple-glazing your windows?? It's fun and functional!
Ra: That tent over there has insufficient ventilation. I'll have to write you a citation.
Saf: I'm here with the royal census. You're not a Ruki! Get out of my way!
Set: I know I'm late, but I'm here to deliver an important royal message.

You tentatively step forward and take one of the scrolls.

Your pet understands the scroll and gains a little insight.
Then a trap door opens under your feet and you find yourselves thrown out of the temple onto the desert sands.

Zeg hierna de zin die hoort bij je symbool tegen de wachters. Je mag dan naar binnen en daar word je opgewacht door een boze voorman :

The scroll repository has had 4,330 blocks removed! But now the inside is nothing but bare stone and rock.

 

Whew! That was a lot of blocks!

The foreman wipes his brow. "Keepin' all those pets organized was some mighty tough work. I can't believe how many of them just wanted to push and pull blocks at random, or worse yet, try to collapse the pyramid by moving structural blocks!" He shakes his head. "But now it's just a bunch of empty rooms and corridors! Where are they gonna put all the scrolls? Dump 'em in piles?" He stomps away, muttering angrily.

 

In a tent to one side of the encampment, you see some activity. Go check it out.

A team of Rukis hammers, chisels, and carves the giant stone blocks into various pieces of furniture.

The eldest Ruki notices you enter. "Hullo! Come to see what kinda furniture we're making, eh?" He points at one of the stone blocks in the middle of the tent. "You can take a look at our progress if ya like. You'd best get familiar with this stuff. You're gonna be the one carrying it inside when we're done!"
